The initial phase of Nscale's Microsoft-tenanted deployment at Start Campus's SIN01 data centre in Sines, Portugal: 12,600 NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 (Blackwell Ultra) GPUs, described at announcement in October 2025 as the European Union's first and largest Blackwell Ultra deployment. Nscale's own press release, announcing a follow-on 66,000+ Rubin GPU expansion, states the original 12,600 GPUs are 'already deployed' and that SIN01 is 'now at full capacity' on the back of oversubscribed demand, which is why this row is recorded as operational rather than under construction; Start Campus's own page independently confirms the same 12,600 GPU figure, the GB300 NVL72 platform name and the Q1 2026 target date. Operator is recorded as Microsoft, the named tenant, for consistency with this dataset's other two Nscale-built, Microsoft-tenanted rows (the Loughton and Narvik campuses); Nscale and Start Campus both appear as component edges below. The follow-on 66,000+ GPU Rubin expansion starting late 2027 is a separate future phase and is not counted in this row's figures. No FLOPS or HPL figure has been published for either phase.
