The read
Applied Digital's liquid-cooled AI factory campus in Ellendale, North Dakota, leased in full to CoreWeave: three buildings of 100 MW, 150 MW and 150 MW for 400 MW contracted (about 11 billion dollars of lease revenue), on a campus engineered to reach 1 GW. Applied Digital announced Ready for Service for Building 1 (ELN-02) at 50 MW in October 2025 and at the full 100 MW in November 2025, and its January 2026 earnings release reports ELN-02 fully operational; the second 150 MW building was under construction with a mid-2026 target and the third is due in 2027. CoreWeave is recorded as operator because it is the named tenant, following the same convention as the Stargate Abilene row, while Applied Digital is the builder and landlord. Both cited pages are Applied Digital's own, so the tier is reported. No source states the GPU model or count CoreWeave installs there, so no accelerator quantity is recorded and power is blank since the 100 MW figure is critical IT capacity, not a measured draw.
