CoreWeave Cambridge (Cohere)
Also known as CoreWeave Ontario AI data centre; Cohere compute expansion project
Operated by CoreWeave at Cambridge ON Data Centre Site .
Phase 1 seed dataset, compiled by hand. These rows were built from public operator, laboratory and vendor sources. A mechanical second-reader pass has since fetched every cited source: 1092 of 1153 systems have a readable citation that names them, and 40 are genuinely weakly sourced. Every claim carries its source and a confidence tier. Treat anything below verified as a lead, not a citation.

Figures are as last publicly reported for the configuration described below, not a live measurement. Where a system was upgraded in place, the post-upgrade configuration is shown and the earlier one appears in the timeline.
What this machine is made of
One row per supplier relationship. “Supplier at build” is the company that shipped the part at the time; where that company has since been acquired, the parent it rolls up to today is shown beside it. That distinction is what makes ticker-level aggregation possible across a thirty-year dataset.

AI datacenter metrics
Figures beyond an accelerator count, each with who stated it. What can and cannot be compared across AI datacenters.

| Facility power | 64 MW | 2026-10 | Operator stated | Globe and Mail (July 2025) reports a 64 MW expansion project; scope not stated and a separate trade report cites a 54 MW expansion at the same Related Digital site, so treat as approximate. | theglobeandmail.com |
The read
CoreWeave's AI compute facility in Cambridge, Ontario (a former BlackBerry property owned by TowerBrook Capital Partners with Related Digital), built and operated by CoreWeave with Cohere as anchor tenant. Canada's Innovation, Science and Economic Development department announced on 20 March 2025 a contribution of up to 240 million Canadian dollars from the Strategic Response Fund toward the 725 million dollar project, the first deal under the private-sector pillar of the Sovereign AI Compute Strategy. The Globe and Mail (July 2025) describes a 64 MW expansion project slated for full operation in August 2025; that is the latest status page fetched, so the operational status and the August 2025 date rest on that expectation and are not independently confirmed by a later page. Neither page gives a GPU model or count. Other customers can buy capacity from the site. The tier is reported. It has never submitted an HPL result.

Source check
We fetched this system's own citations and recorded whether each page actually mentions it. This is a corroboration signal, not a fact check, and it is published so you can see how well the sourcing holds up rather than take it on trust.
