Also known as WCSS Lem
Operated by WCSS at WCSS Data Centre (Wroclaw) .
Phase 1 seed dataset, compiled by hand. These rows were built from public operator, laboratory and vendor sources. A mechanical second-reader pass has since fetched every cited source: 1092 of 1153 systems have a readable citation that names them, and 40 are genuinely weakly sourced. Every claim carries its source and a confidence tier. Treat anything below verified as a lead, not a citation.

Figures are as last publicly reported for the configuration described below, not a live measurement. Where a system was upgraded in place, the post-upgrade configuration is shown and the earlier one appears in the timeline.
What this machine is made of
One row per supplier relationship. “Supplier at build” is the company that shipped the part at the time; where that company has since been acquired, the parent it rolls up to today is shown beside it. That distinction is what makes ticker-level aggregation possible across a thirty-year dataset.

The read
Flagship cluster of the Wroclaw Centre for Networking and Supercomputing (WCSS), launched in 2024 and ranked 80th on the June 2024 TOP500. WCSS describes a CPU partition of 188 nodes (23,808 cores, 279 TB RAM) and a GPU partition of 76 nodes with 304 NVIDIA H100 accelerators linked by NVLink, plus 64 service nodes, InfiniBand NDR200 on the compute nodes, about 21 PFlops total and 2 PB NFS, 2 PB Lustre and 6 PB S3 storage; funding came in part from the EuroHPC PL and CLARIN-PL-BIZ projects. TOP500 lists a Dell system with Intel Xeon Platinum 8462Y+ 32-core 2.8 GHz CPUs, NVIDIA H100 94 GB SXM5 and InfiniBand NDR200 under AlmaLinux 9.3: 44,992 cores, Rmax 12.80 PFlop/s, Rpeak 20.37 PFlop/s. Its TOP500 history is 80th (June 2024), 99th (November 2024), 121st (June 2025), 141st (November 2025) and 162nd (June 2026). WCSS gives the H100 memory as 96 GB where TOP500 says 94 GB.

Source check
We fetched this system's own citations and recorded whether each page actually mentions it. This is a corroboration signal, not a fact check, and it is published so you can see how well the sourcing holds up rather than take it on trust.
One cited source was readable and does not mention this system; another could not be read because the host returned a bot challenge. The unreadable one may well be fine, so this is weaker evidence than a corroborated row and much stronger than an unsupported one. See how this check works.
