Phase 1 seed dataset, compiled by hand. These rows were built from public operator, laboratory and vendor sources. A mechanical second-reader pass has since fetched every cited source: 1092 of 1153 systems have a readable citation that names them, and 40 are genuinely weakly sourced. Every claim carries its source and a confidence tier. Treat anything below verified as a lead, not a citation.

What this machine is made of

The read
KISTI's Cray CS500 of 8,305 Xeon Phi 7250 nodes and 132 Skylake nodes on Omni-Path, eleventh on the June 2018 TOP500 and still listed in June 2026. KISTI's own 2020 slides give the October 2018 start and the DDN Lustre storage; no retirement notice was found. The city is not on any page we fetched, so no coordinates are recorded. TOP500 is the only source for Rmax, Rpeak and core count, so the tier is reported.
