Stargate Port Washington (Lighthouse)

Also known as Vantage Lighthouse

Operated by Oracle at Vantage Lighthouse Campus (Port Washington) .

Phase 1 seed dataset, compiled by hand. These rows were built from public operator, laboratory and vendor sources. A mechanical second-reader pass has since fetched every cited source: 1092 of 1153 systems have a readable citation that names them, and 40 are genuinely weakly sourced. Every claim carries its source and a confidence tier. Treat anything below verified as a lead, not a citation.

What this machine is made of

One row per supplier relationship. “Supplier at build” is the company that shipped the part at the time; where that company has since been acquired, the parent it rolls up to today is shown beside it. That distinction is what makes ticker-level aggregation possible across a thirty-year dataset.

The read

Lighthouse, a campus of four data centers on 672 acres (500 developed) in Port Washington, Wisconsin, announced on 22 October 2025 by Vantage Data Centers with Oracle and OpenAI as part of the 4.5 GW Stargate expansion, with a stated 15 billion dollar-plus investment and completion scheduled for 2028. Vantage's release gives close to 1 GW of AI capacity, a closed-loop liquid cooling system and a dedicated We Energies rate matched with zero-emission energy; Epoch AI's Stargate tracker independently lists the site with Vantage as developer and foundation work visible, but projects a larger 1.3 GW. Oracle is recorded as operator to match the other Stargate site rows. No accelerator type or count has been published, and power is blank because the capacity is a planned design figure.
