The Saline Township, Michigan campus that Related Digital is building for Oracle as part of the Oracle and OpenAI Stargate expansion: three single-story, 550,000 square foot buildings with more than one gigawatt of planned capacity per Related Digital's April 2026 financing release (16 billion dollars, equity from Related Digital and Blackstone-affiliated funds with PIMCO-anchored debt), a closed-loop air-cooled design, and all power supplied by DTE Energy plus a project-financed battery system. Related Digital's 1 June 2026 release with Oracle, OpenAI and Blackstone reports all buildings under construction and the first nearly complete. Epoch AI's Stargate tracker independently lists Saline as a Stargate site with Related Digital as developer and a 1.4 GW projection, which is a higher and analyst-side figure than the developer's own 'more than one gigawatt'. No accelerator type or count has been published, and power is blank because the capacity is a planned design figure.
