The read

Purdue's NSF-funded Dell system of 1,000 AMD EPYC 7763 nodes plus A100 and H100 GPU nodes on HDR InfiniBand, in production from February 2022 and 143rd on the June 2022 TOP500. RCAC and the NSF record independently confirm the award. RCAC says CentOS 8 where TOP500 says Rocky Linux 8.4, so no OS edge is recorded. TOP500 is the only source for Rmax, Rpeak and core count, so the tier is reported.
