G-QuAT System F
G-QuAT System F is a superconducting circuits quantum computer operated by AIST in Japan. It has 64 physical qubits. It ranks 24 of 43 superconducting machines in this table by physical qubit count. 11 sourced specs are in the spec sheet. No benchmark figures are recorded for it yet.
Also known as Fujitsu 64-qubit superconducting quantum computer at AIST
Fujitsu superconducting machine operated by AIST's G-QuAT centre as one of the quantum systems behind ABCI-Q. AIST lists it as operational with 64 physical qubits, and the GPU partition (System H) connects to it over dedicated InfiniBand lines. Fujitsu's 2024 order announcement gave early 2025 as the target and said the design scales to hundreds of qubits. The exact start of operation is not stated in the sources used.
Co-located supercomputer: ABCI-Q. This machine is integrated with, or hosted beside, that system.
Spec sheet
Technical details as the builder or a paper states them, each with its own source. A blank is a fact we could not source, not a zero. Fidelity and coherence figures are in the benchmark table below.
| Spec | Value | Basis | Note | Source |
