IQM Radiance 20 for TOYO at G-QuAT
IQM Radiance 20 for TOYO at G-QuAT is a superconducting circuits quantum computer operated by TOYO Corporation in Japan. It has 20 physical qubits. It ranks 35 of 43 superconducting machines in this table by physical qubit count. 13 sourced specs are in the spec sheet. No benchmark figures are recorded for it yet.
Also known as TOYO Radiance 20
TOYO-owned 20-qubit Radiance to be installed at AIST's G-QuAT research facility. IQM said on 15 September 2026 that delivery is due by the end of 2026 and operation in early 2027, so it is not yet delivered.
Spec sheet
Technical details as the builder or a paper states them, each with its own source. A blank is a fact we could not source, not a zero. Fidelity and coherence figures are in the benchmark table below.
