The read
Lenovo integration on Intel Omni-Path, which places it precisely at two industry transitions. Lenovo's position in this market came entirely from a single 2014 transaction, IBM's x86 server business, and Omni-Path was discontinued by Intel two years after this machine entered service and carried on independently under Cornelis Networks. Its successor on the same site, MareNostrum 5, went to Eviden integration with NVIDIA accelerators and fabric, so the pair is a clean before-and-after of the European procurement shift.
