Cerebras Montreal Inference Site (MTL-3)

Also known as Cerebras Saint-Jerome; WhiteFiber MTL-3

Operated by Cerebras at WhiteFiber MTL-3 (Saint-Jerome) .

Phase 1 seed dataset, compiled by hand. These rows were built from public operator, laboratory and vendor sources. A mechanical second-reader pass has since fetched every cited source: 1092 of 1153 systems have a readable citation that names them, and 40 are genuinely weakly sourced. Every claim carries its source and a confidence tier. Treat anything below verified as a lead, not a citation.

What this machine is made of

One row per supplier relationship. “Supplier at build” is the company that shipped the part at the time; where that company has since been acquired, the parent it rolls up to today is shown beside it. That distinction is what makes ticker-level aggregation possible across a thirty-year dataset.

The read

Cerebras' wafer-scale inference capacity in the Montreal area, hosted by WhiteFiber (Bit Digital's HPC business, which Cerebras' March 2025 data centre plan calls Enovum). Bit Digital's February 2025 release describes a five-year built-to-suit colocation contract for 5 MW of IT load with Cerebras, and its April 2025 release places it at a new Tier 3 retrofit site in Saint-Jerome, Quebec (MTL-3), about 202,000 square feet on 7.7 acres, with Cerebras holding a right of first refusal on extra megawatts. WhiteFiber's first-quarter 2026 results say MTL-3 commenced operations in October 2025, completed its first full quarter supporting Cerebras and was purchased by WhiteFiber in May 2026. Cerebras' plan lists Montreal among its inference datacentres but no page gives a CS-3 count, so none is recorded. The sources are the host and the tenant's own announcement, so the tier is reported.

Source check

We fetched this system's own citations and recorded whether each page actually mentions it. This is a corroboration signal, not a fact check, and it is published so you can see how well the sourcing holds up rather than take it on trust.
