Quafu ScQ-P136
Quafu ScQ-P136 is a superconducting circuits quantum computer operated by Beijing Academy of Quantum Information Sciences in China. It has 136 physical qubits. It ranks 15 of 74 superconducting machines in this table by physical qubit count. 4 sourced specs are in the spec sheet. 3 published benchmark or milestone records are listed below, each marked by who measured it.
Also known as BAQIS 136-qubit superconducting chip, Baiwang
The 2D chip on BAQIS's Quafu cloud. A May 2023 Quafu-Qcover paper lists ScQ-P136 with a 2D layout and average T1 of 8.585 us, T2 of 10.471 us and two-qubit fidelity of 92.4 percent, well below the 1D ScQ-P10 and ScQ-P18 chips (95.9 and 95.7 percent). The paper does not state the qubit count; Asia Times (June 2023) quotes a CAS Institute of Physics researcher saying Quafu connects to a 136-qubit machine at BAQIS similar to Zuchongzhi 2 but with more computing power, and that the 18-qubit chip is sometimes preferred because larger chips are more error-prone. Calibration values drift and the paper warns they change over time. No launch date for the 136-qubit chip is published in these sources, so first_operational_date is blank.
Spec sheet
Technical details as the builder or a paper states them, each with its own source. A blank is a fact we could not source, not a zero. Fidelity and coherence figures are in the benchmark table below.

Published benchmark figures
These are numbers the builder or a paper reports for this machine, not results from a common test. The basis column says who measured them. What the metrics mean and why they are not comparable across technologies.
