Singtel RE:AI Singapore GPU cloud

Also known as RE:AI; Singtel Digital InfraCo sovereign GPUaaS

Operated by Singtel .

Researched with AI assistance, checked by scripts. These rows were researched by AI agents reading public operator, laboratory and vendor sources, appended by scripts and checked by automated validation; no subject-matter expert has reviewed them (how this site is made). A mechanical second-reader pass has since fetched every cited source: 1350 of 1540 systems have a readable citation that names them, and 64 are genuinely weakly sourced. Every claim carries its source and a confidence tier. Treat anything below verified as a lead, not a citation.

What this machine is made of

One row per supplier relationship. “Supplier at build” is the company that shipped the part at the time; where that company has since been acquired, the parent it rolls up to today is shown beside it. That distinction is what makes ticker-level aggregation possible across a thirty-year dataset.

The read

Singtel's sovereign GPU-as-a-service platform in Singapore, run by its Digital InfraCo. The 27 August 2026 investor-day deck dates the RE:AI launch to October 2024, gives 'pilot phase 512 H100 GPUs' at 100% utilisation and about S$600M of long-term contracted revenue, says Phase 1 H100 capacity was fully consumed, and lists GB200 NVL72 infrastructure (launched and pre-sold) and H200 GPUs as later milestones. The 512 H100 figure is the only GPU count published, so the recorded quantity understates the platform. A separate slide, 'Building Singapore's Largest GPU Cluster', shows up to 12 MW secured, the first 6 MW fully contracted and in build, and a second 6 MW under negotiation; these are recorded as capacity claims although the deck does not say which GPUs they host. Vultr's March 2024 release says its Singapore region draws on Singtel's H100 capacity, so some of the 512 may be resold rather than additional. No facility is named in either page, so the site is blank. The deck is marked private and confidential on its slides though filed with SGX.

We fetched this system's own citations and recorded whether each page actually mentions it. This is a corroboration signal, not a fact check, and it is published so you can see how well the sourcing holds up rather than take it on trust.
