Khazna's 100 MW AI-optimized data center (QAJ1) in Ajman, announced on 15 October 2024 as the first of its kind in the UAE: 20 data halls of 5 MW each, built for high-density GPU and AI workloads with liquid cooling, supplied by Etihad Water and Electricity. The October 2024 release targeted completion in Q3 2025; Khazna's later expansion release says the steel structures are complete and the initial phase is due in December 2026, so it is recorded as under construction. No chip vendor or count is named on either page, so only capacity is recorded. Secondary sites describe it as live, which could not be confirmed from an operator page.
