Campus AI Fouju

Also known as MGX-Bpifrance-Mistral-NVIDIA Paris AI campus

Operated by Campus AI at Fouju AI Campus Site .

Phase 1 seed dataset, compiled by hand. These rows were built from public operator, laboratory and vendor sources. A mechanical second-reader pass has since fetched every cited source: 1092 of 1153 systems have a readable citation that names them, and 40 are genuinely weakly sourced. Every claim carries its source and a confidence tier. Treat anything below verified as a lead, not a citation.

What this machine is made of

One row per supplier relationship. “Supplier at build” is the company that shipped the part at the time; where that company has since been acquired, the parent it rolls up to today is shown beside it. That distinction is what makes ticker-level aggregation possible across a thirty-year dataset.

The read

Flagship site of Campus AI, the Bpifrance, Mistral AI, MGX and NVIDIA joint venture, at Fouju in Seine-et-Marne near Paris. La Voix de France reports a planned 1.4 GW total, grid access from RTE of 240 MW by 2027 rising to 700 MW by 2029, and an operational launch targeted for 2028; the June 2026 agreement extends Campus AI to a 3 GW national network. Mistral has priority access to capacity, with 96 MW secured at Fouju and a contractual ramp to 200 MW. The sources disagree on stage: one says construction is underway, another that it begins in the second half of 2026, so under_construction reflects that construction is starting now. GPU model and count are not published. Separate from the operational Mistral Campus AI at Bruyeres-le-Chatel.
