Parts/Operating systems/Fujitsu UXP
Why this part
The IPSJ Computer Museum's spec table lists two operating systems for the Numerical Wind Tunnel: UXP (Unix SVR4-based) on the CP/PE, the actual computational engine, and a pairing of MSP with UXP on the FEP, the front-end processor that handled job scheduling and I/O. This component tracks UXP on the CP/PE. Only the IPSJ page confirms this. The Netlib architecture report used elsewhere in this system's sourcing describes NWT's hardware in detail but never names its operating system, so this fact carries a single source rather than the two independent organisations the verified tier requires.

“Units recorded” sums only the edges where a public source states a quantity. It is a floor, not a total, and should never be read as installed base.
