Also known as Singtel RE:AI Tuas
Operated by Nxera at Tuas Nxera Site .
Researched with AI assistance, checked by scripts. These rows were researched by AI agents reading public operator, laboratory and vendor sources, appended by scripts and checked by automated validation; no subject-matter expert has reviewed them (how this site is made). A mechanical second-reader pass has since fetched every cited source: 1350 of 1540 systems have a readable citation that names them, and 64 are genuinely weakly sourced. Every claim carries its source and a confidence tier. Treat anything below verified as a lead, not a citation.

What this machine is made of
One row per supplier relationship. “Supplier at build” is the company that shipped the part at the time; where that company has since been acquired, the parent it rolls up to today is shown beside it. That distinction is what makes ticker-level aggregation possible across a thirty-year dataset.

The read
Singtel's Nxera opened DC Tuas in Singapore on 9 February 2026, adding 58 MW of AI-ready capacity and taking its Singapore footprint to 120 MW; more than 90 percent was committed to customers before opening, none named. Nxera runs NVIDIA GB200 systems at around 200 kW per rack, and Singtel's RE:AI GPU-as-a-service cloud offers H100 and GB200 with GB300 planned for 2026. A Frost and Sullivan release of 24 October 2025 still described Tuas as a 58 MW facility under development and said Singtel plans to nearly double capacity to 200 MW across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia by 2026. Nxera says 40 to 50 percent of its regional capacity is configured for high-density AI, with 60 percent targeted. No GPU count is published, and further AI-ready capacity in Johor and Batam is due in the second half of 2026 without stated MW.
