Xingrui Intelligent Computing Center

Operated by Geely at Xingrui Intelligent Computing Center (Huzhou) .

Phase 1 seed dataset, compiled by hand. These rows were built from public operator, laboratory and vendor sources. A mechanical second-reader pass has since fetched every cited source: 1092 of 1153 systems have a readable citation that names them, and 40 are genuinely weakly sourced. Every claim carries its source and a confidence tier. Treat anything below verified as a lead, not a citation.

What this machine is made of

One row per supplier relationship. “Supplier at build” is the company that shipped the part at the time; where that company has since been acquired, the parent it rolls up to today is shown beside it. That distinction is what makes ticker-level aggregation possible across a thirty-year dataset.

The read

Geely's cloud-data-AI supercomputing platform in Changxing County, Huzhou, Zhejiang, which Geely describes as the first such integrated center built by a global automaker. It went online 28 January 2023 and was formally inaugurated 27 February 2023; MarkLines and Gasgoo, two independent automotive-industry trade outlets, agree on the Huzhou location and the January/February 2023 dates. The aggregate computing-power figure has been restated upward several times in Geely's own announcements as the center expanded: about 1.02 exaflops as of a January 2025 company statement, and 23.5 EFLOPS as of an April 2026 Geely press release (distributed via GlobeNewswire) describing it as the largest such facility among Chinese automakers. None of the PFLOPS/EFLOPS figures were independently confirmed by a source other than Geely itself, so flops_basis is operator_stated and confidence is reported rather than verified, despite the location and timeline being independently corroborated. No GPU model, node count or power draw was disclosed in the sources fetched.
