Sunway SW39000
Successor to the SW26010. Neither it nor the system built on it has been submitted for public HPL measurement, which is why the Chinese line on any ranked chart understates the installed base.
Why this part
The successor to the SW26010, widened to six core groups of 65 and clocked higher. The machines built on it have never been submitted to a public ranking, which is itself the finding: after the 2019 and 2021 Entity List additions covering the National Supercomputing Centers and the designers, appearing on a list stopped being an advantage and started being a disclosure. Papers submitted for the Gordon Bell Prize are now the main public evidence that these systems exist at all.
Systems using this part
No systems in the current dataset record this part. It is carried in the taxonomy so the graph is complete, and so edges can attach to it as coverage grows.
