Why this part
Huawei's cache-coherent link between Kunpeng CPUs and Ascend accelerators, and the company's equivalent of NVLink or Infinity Fabric. Its existence completes a fully domestic Chinese node on paper: domestic CPU, domestic accelerator, domestic link. What it cannot solve is fabrication, which is where the constraint actually sits after 2020.
