Why this part
The commercial PRIMEHPC FX10 version of the SPARC64 core family that also powered the K computer, doubling the per-chip core count to sixteen and carrying the same first-generation Tofu interconnect design onto an ordinary university procurement a year after the flagship national system shipped.
